Bauli Il Budino is a rich and indulgent Italian festive cake created for chocolate lovers.

Its soft, naturally leavened dough is filled with a generous chocolate cream centre, creating a smooth and creamy contrast with the light, tender crumb.

The entire cake is coated in milk chocolate and finished with dark chocolate, adding a delicious crisp chocolate layer around the outside.

Shaped in the distinctive style of a traditional Italian budino mould, this striking cake makes an excellent centrepiece for the Christmas table and a delicious alternative to traditional panettone or pandoro.

Perfect for sharing after a festive meal, serving with espresso or cappuccino, or giving as an indulgent Italian Christmas gift.
