Whether you’ve placed your order or are considering placing one, we understand that, the day and time you’re likely to receive your order is important to you. Because of this, we’ve created some delivery guidelines to help answer any questions you might have.
There is a small £30 minimum order value but our delivery charges stay the same, however much you order, however big, heavy or awkward.
In addition to that you can avoid paying delviery fees all together if your order sub-total is equal to or over £75! #winning
We offer four delivery options right across the UK:
We’ll send you regular email updates on your order. The courier will send you email updates too, as well as a text on the evening before delivery. Although the text won’t give you a time slot, it will let you know within 24-hours when your products will arrive. In addition you'll be able to tell the courier if you'd like a different date of delivery if you're unlikely to be in. Drop us a line in our contact us form if you feel this may be an issue - we'll be glad to help.
To make sure we can contact you, enter your delivery address and contact information correctly at checkout. Again, if youn feel this needs to be changed after you've ordered drop us a line in our contact us form.
Please note during busy periods (such as christmas) please allow for an extra working day. This information will be available throughout the Cicero's website.

Please note deliveries to the Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scily and Scottish Highlands may take longer as outlined below.
The Highlands and Islands of Scotland – postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17- 26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE - will be subject to an additional 1 day on either option chosen.
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly – postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25 - will be subject to an additional 2 days on either option chosen.

If you’ve not received any emails and you’ve placed an order, it may be worth checking your junk folder in case your confirmation emails have ended up there.
Should you need to track a delivery of your parcel, you can do so via the tracking website https://www.parcelforce.com/track-trace. Enter the tracking number provided in your dispatch email after you've placed an order. If for some reason your item is untrackable, it could be due to ParcelForce not enabling tracking immediately, in which case please do allow for a further 2-4 hours before tracking becomes available.
If there is no one present to accept your delivery at your chosen delivery address and there isn't anywhere safe to leave it, we will attempt to re-deliver a further two times before it is returned to our warehouse and a full refund (less delivery charges) will be issued.
If any product in your order is received broken, faulty, your order is incorrect or you have simply changed your mind, please endeavour to let us know. You can follow the easy steps on our /returns page.
