There is NO MINIMUM ORDER VALUE and our delivery charges stay the same, however much you order.
ORDERS EQUAL TO OR OVER £75 QUALIFY FOR FREE DELIVERY.
We offer two delivery options in the UK:
We’ll send you regular email updates on your order. The courier will send you email updates too, as well as a text on the evening before delivery. Although the text won’t give you a time slot, it will let you know within 24-hours when your products will arrive.

You may receive a text message from Weengs, don't worry this is where our professional partners are packaging your items in a safe and environmentally friendly way before dispatch. However, please note the text message service is not supported by Royal Mail.

If you’ve not received any emails and you’ve placed an order, it may be worth checking your junk folder in case your confirmation emails have ended up there.
If there is no one present to accept your delivery at your chosen delivery address and there isn't anywhere safe to leave it, we will attempt to re-deliver a further two times before it is returned to our warehouse and a full refund (less delivery charges) will be issued.
If any product in your order is received broken, faulty, your order is incorrect or you have simply changed your mind, please endeavour to let us know. You can follow the easy steps on our /returns page.
