Pisto per Roccocò is a traditional Neapolitan spice blend used to give classic Southern Italian Christmas sweets their distinctive warm and aromatic flavour.

Pisto is especially associated with roccocò, the traditional ring-shaped almond biscuits of Naples, but it is also widely used in mostaccioli and other festive baked sweets.

The fragrant blend combines warming spices including cinnamon, cloves, coriander and nutmeg, creating the unmistakable aroma associated with Neapolitan Christmas baking.

Simply add the pisto to your dough according to your chosen recipe for an easy and authentic way to recreate traditional Italian festive sweets at home.
