Sapori Panforte Morbido is a traditional Tuscan speciality inspired by the historic panforte of Siena.

This softer version combines generous pieces of candied orange and citron with almonds and hazelnuts, creating a dense yet tender cake with a delicious balance of citrus sweetness, nuts and aromatic spices.

Made with 42% candied citrus peel, 13% almonds and 9.5% hazelnuts, every slice delivers the rich flavours associated with traditional Sienese confectionery.

A light dusting of icing sugar finishes the cake, making it perfect for serving during the festive season, alongside coffee or dessert wine, or as a traditional Italian gift.
