Sapori Panforte Pistacchio is a refined variation of the traditional Tuscan panforte, combining candied fruit with the rich flavour of pistachios and almonds.

Made with generous pieces of candied melon and citron peel, this dense and chewy Italian cake is enriched with pistachios and almonds for a distinctive nutty flavour.

The result is a beautifully balanced panforte with notes of sweet candied fruit, citrus and roasted nuts, finished with a light dusting of icing sugar.

Perfect served in thin slices with espresso, tea or dessert wine, it also makes an excellent Italian Christmas gift or after-dinner treat.
