The soft, naturally leavened panettone is made without raisins and is enriched with aromatic orange paste, giving the dough a delicate citrus fragrance and beautifully balanced flavour.

Included inside is a generous sac à poche of smooth pistachio cream, allowing you to fill, decorate or serve the panettone exactly as you like. Simply slice the panettone and add the pistachio cream for an extra rich and indulgent finish.

The pistachio cream represents 18.9% of the finished product and is made with 20% pistachios, creating a creamy, nutty accompaniment to the soft buttery panettone.
