Balocco Pandoro Lemondoro is a fresh and indulgent twist on the classic Italian pandoro.

Its soft, naturally leavened dough is filled with a smooth lemon cream made with an infusion of Sicilian lemons, giving every slice a delicate citrus aroma and refreshing flavour.

Made with fresh eggs, butter and milk, Lemondoro combines the light, buttery texture of traditional pandoro with a creamy lemon filling that makes it especially distinctive.

The cake also includes a sachet of icing sugar, ready to sprinkle over the top before serving for the classic snow-covered pandoro finish.

Perfect for serving after a festive meal, enjoying with coffee or tea, or giving as an Italian Christmas gift.
