Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, if your total order value is equal to or exceeds £100.

Are you UK-based and do you ship from the UK?

Yes. We are a UK-based family business, established in 1969, and all orders are dispatched directly from our UK warehouse.

This means:

📦 Reliable tracking and local customer support

While many of our products are carefully sourced from Italy, everything is already imported, checked, and stored in the UK before it reaches you.

You can shop with confidence knowing your order is shipped quickly and safely from within the UK.

Why didn’t I receive some of the ordered products?

Unfortunately, sometimes it may happen that some products are not in stock. In this case we Email you to let you know which items are missing and you should recieve a refund within 5-10 days.

Do you have a physical shop?

Yes. You’re very welcome to visit and shop with us in-store at our Enfield location.

How long have you been trading?

Cicero’s is a family-run business established in 1969, proudly serving customers for over 50 years.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are dispatched from our local UK warehouse, ensuring fast delivery and no customs or import delays.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days of receiving them.
Delivery times may fluctuate during busy periods, but most orders arrive within 1–5 working days.

What happens if my parcel is delayed or damaged?

If there’s an issue with your order, please email info@ciceros.co.uk with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the issue

• A short description

Our team will investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

How are fragile items packaged?

All orders are expertly packaged using custom, environmentally-friendly materials, sized specifically for each order to reduce waste.

• We use 100% biodegradable and compostable loose-fill chips for all-round protection

• Fresh and deli items are packed in thermal insulated packaging to maintain freshness

• Glass bottles and jars are secured using protective moulds to ensure they remain stable and safe during transit

Why does product packaging sometimes differ from the image?

Product packaging may change from time to time. As we work in a fast-paced environment, images may not always be updated immediately, but the product quality and authenticity always remain the same.
