Dais Panettone Verde Siciliano Pistacchio is a luxurious Sicilian Christmas speciality created around one of Sicily’s most celebrated ingredients: pistachio.

The soft and fragrant panettone is filled with a delicate pistachio cream, creating a rich and creamy centre that complements the light naturally leavened dough.

It is finished with a generous pistachio glaze and crunchy pralined pistachio pieces, adding an indulgent combination of smooth and crisp textures.

The result is a distinctive panettone with a rich pistachio flavour and unmistakably Sicilian character, perfect for anyone looking for something more indulgent than a traditional fruit panettone.

Ideal for sharing with family and friends over Christmas, serving after a festive meal or giving as a premium Italian gift.
